Effective Date: 30th July, 2026
Tirisi products are crafted with care using high-quality materials and refined craftsmanship. These Tirisi International Limited Warranty Conditions apply to genuine Tirisi Jewelry and Tirisi Moda products purchased from:
The Tirisi International Limited Warranty is provided by TIRISI JEWELRY B.V., with its registered office at Lemelerbergweg 42, 1101 AM Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
For products purchased through www.tirisi.com, the sale is handled by TIRISI ONLINE B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 97959936 and VAT number NL868304566B01.
This warranty is a voluntary commercial brand warranty. For customers in the United States, it is a limited warranty.
The Tirisi International Limited Warranty provides coverage for eligible manufacturing defects for twenty-four (24) months from the original date of purchase, subject to these Warranty Conditions.
The warranty is activated through registration of the product in the My Jewelry Box section of the customer’s Tirisi account. Once an eligible genuine Tirisi product has been registered, the customer may contact the Tirisi Concierge Service directly for assistance under this warranty.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, reduce, or limit, any statutory or mandatory consumer rights the customer may have against the seller or under applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers may register their Tirisi products in the My Jewelry Box section of their Tirisi account on www.tirisi.com.
Registration in My Jewelry Box gives customers access to Tirisi services connected to their product, including:
Products purchased through the Tirisi website while the customer is logged into a Tirisi account are automatically added to My Jewelry Box after checkout.
Products purchased through the Tirisi website as a guest must be manually added to My Jewelry Box by the customer.
Products purchased from an authorized Tirisi retailer, or directly through Tirisi outside the website checkout, must also be manually added to My Jewelry Box by the customer.
To complete registration, Tirisi may request product details, proof of purchase, photographs, certificate details, serial numbers, reference numbers, hallmarks, or other identifying information.
Tirisi may refuse, suspend, or cancel a registration where the product cannot be verified or where Tirisi has reasonable grounds to believe that the product is counterfeit, stolen, not genuine, or was not originally purchased through Tirisi or an authorized Tirisi retailer.
Registration in My Jewelry Box does not extend, renew, or restart the warranty period. The warranty period starts on the original date of purchase, unless Tirisi confirms otherwise in writing or applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
Registration is a condition for obtaining direct service from Tirisi under this voluntary commercial warranty. It does not affect any statutory rights the customer may have against the seller.
Customers must register their Tirisi account using their full legal name.
The full legal name on the customer’s Tirisi account should match the full legal name shown on the invoice, receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.
Initials, nicknames, incomplete names, company aliases, or names that do not match the proof of purchase may delay registration, warranty verification, or warranty service.
Tirisi may request additional documentation where:
For gifted or transferred products, Tirisi may still provide warranty assistance where the product is genuine, the original proof of purchase is available, the warranty period has not expired, and the product remains eligible under these Warranty Conditions.
Tirisi provides an international limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the original date of purchase.
The original date of purchase is the date shown on the valid proof of purchase.
To make a claim under the Tirisi International Limited Warranty, valid proof of purchase is required. This may be:
The product must be registered in My Jewelry Box before a claim can be handled directly by the Tirisi Concierge Service under this warranty.
A repair or replacement provided under this warranty does not restart or extend the original warranty period, unless Tirisi confirms otherwise in writing or applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
For products purchased from an authorized Tirisi retailer, the retailer remains responsible for the sale, including any statutory consumer rights, return rights, exchange policies, or local seller obligations that may apply to that purchase.
If a customer purchased a Tirisi product through an authorized retailer, Tirisi recommends contacting the retailer first. The retailer may assist with the warranty process and advise the customer on rights connected to the original purchase.
After the product has been registered in My Jewelry Box, the customer may also contact the Tirisi Concierge Service directly for assistance under the Tirisi International Limited Warranty.
The Tirisi International Limited Warranty is an additional brand warranty and does not replace or limit any rights the customer may have against the authorized retailer as the seller.
The Tirisi International Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that existed at the time of purchase and become apparent during the warranty period.
If a product is submitted during the warranty period and Tirisi confirms, following inspection and technical assessment, that the issue is caused by a covered manufacturing defect, Tirisi may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:
If repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, Tirisi may provide another remedy where required by applicable law.
Any replacement product or component may differ slightly in appearance from the original because of product evolution, material availability, natural material variation, or production changes, provided that the replacement is reasonably equivalent.
For products purchased through an authorized retailer, any refund, exchange, price reduction, or purchase-related remedy may need to be handled by the retailer as the seller, depending on the applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.
The Tirisi International Limited Warranty does not cover:
The material-specific characteristics, expected ageing, care requirements, and exclusions described in Section 8 also form part of this Section 7.
The Tirisi International Limited Warranty does not cover indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, except where such an exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable mandatory law.
Certain Tirisi products are made with natural materials, assembled or composite stones, more than one precious metal, or specialized constructions such as an 18k gold cap positioned over a sterling-silver component.
The provisions in this Section explain how these materials and constructions are treated under the Tirisi International Limited Warranty. They do not exclude a genuine manufacturing defect that would otherwise be covered under Section 6.
Where applicable, the Tirisi product description will identify:
Customers must follow the general and product-specific care instructions made available on the applicable product page, supplied with the product, communicated by Tirisi or an authorized Tirisi retailer, or provided through the Tirisi Concierge Service.
Where product-specific care instructions differ from the general instructions in these Warranty Conditions, the product-specific instructions apply.
Whether a particular issue is a natural characteristic, normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, care-related damage, accidental damage, or a manufacturing defect is subject to inspection and technical assessment by Tirisi. This assessment does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, pores, veins, natural markings, color, and finish may occur. These characteristics make each product unique and are not manufacturing defects.
With normal use and over time, leather may soften, crease, darken, develop a sheen or patina, and show minor scratches, tonal differences, or variations in color. These changes are part of the normal use and natural ageing of leather and are not manufacturing defects.
The Tirisi International Limited Warranty does not cover staining, color transfer, water marks, drying, cracking, peeling, deformation, stretching, abrasion, or other leather damage where the issue was caused by:
Subject to Tirisi’s technical assessment, premature failure of stitching, bonded edges, handles, straps, fastenings, or hardware attachments may constitute a manufacturing defect where the failure was caused by defective materials or workmanship and not by normal wear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or another excluded cause.
Certain Tirisi products contain assembled or composite stones, including doublets and triplets.
For the purposes of these Warranty Conditions:
The applicable product description will identify the stone as a doublet, triplet, or other assembled stone and will identify the principal material components based on verified product data.
The use of joined or bonded layers, backing materials, caps, transparent protective layers, or bonding materials is an intentional part of the construction of an assembled stone and is not, by itself, a manufacturing defect.
Natural variations in any natural gemstone component, and normal visual differences between the components of an assembled stone, are not manufacturing defects.
Unless Tirisi provides different product-specific care instructions, doublets, triplets, and other assembled stones:
Subject to Tirisi’s technical assessment, premature separation, lifting, delamination, bonding failure, or abnormal clouding between joined layers may constitute a manufacturing defect where the issue was caused by defective materials or workmanship, occurred during normal use, and the applicable care instructions were followed.
The Tirisi International Limited Warranty does not cover separation, lifting, clouding, discoloration, or other damage to an assembled stone where the issue was caused by:
Certain Tirisi products are made from 18k gold, 925 sterling silver, or a combination of a 925 sterling-silver component and an 18k gold cap.
For the purposes of these Warranty Conditions, a gold cap is a separate 18k gold component positioned over and attached to a specified part of a sterling-silver structure. A gold cap is not gold plating.
Where a product contains a gold cap, the applicable product description will identify:
A product made from 925 sterling silver with an 18k gold cap is not made entirely from 18k gold. The product description must therefore identify both the sterling-silver structure and the gold-cap construction.
Gold and silver may react differently to normal use and environmental exposure. Sterling silver may naturally tarnish, oxidize, or darken. Gold and silver may both develop fine scratches, dents, polishing marks, patina, surface wear, and other signs of normal use.
Differences in color, appearance, patina, tarnish, oxidation, or surface wear between the sterling-silver component and the gold cap are not manufacturing defects.
A visible transition line between the gold cap and the sterling-silver structure may be an inherent part of the construction and is not a manufacturing defect where the product conforms to Tirisi’s approved specifications.
Normal scratches, dents, polishing marks, and other signs of wear on an 18k gold product, a sterling-silver product, or a gold cap are not manufacturing defects.
Subject to Tirisi’s technical assessment, premature failure of a soldered joint, clasp, hinge, setting, attachment, or other structural component may constitute a manufacturing defect where the failure was caused by defective materials or workmanship and not by impact, pulling, bending, deformation, normal wear, improper care, misuse, or a third-party intervention that caused or worsened the issue.
Subject to Tirisi’s technical assessment, premature loosening, lifting, abnormal gapping, detachment, or separation of a gold cap may constitute a manufacturing defect where Tirisi determines that the issue was caused by defective materials or workmanship in the connection between the gold cap and the sterling-silver structure.
The Tirisi International Limited Warranty does not cover loosening, lifting, detachment, deformation, breakage, scratching, denting, or other damage to a gold cap where the issue was caused by:
Whether an issue involving gold, silver, or a gold cap is a manufacturing defect, normal wear and tear, care-related damage, or accidental damage is subject to inspection and technical assessment by Tirisi.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and technical assessment by Tirisi.
Tirisi will determine whether the issue is covered by the Tirisi International Limited Warranty. If the issue is not covered, Tirisi may offer a paid repair or maintenance service where possible.
Repairing, resizing, polishing, altering, engraving, cleaning, or otherwise modifying the product through a third party does not automatically cancel the entire warranty. Tirisi may, however, deny coverage to the extent that the claimed defect or damage was caused or worsened by that third-party intervention, or where the intervention prevents Tirisi from safely assessing or repairing the product.
Tirisi may request additional information, documentation, photographs, proof of purchase, identity verification, or product verification before accepting a registration or handling a warranty claim.
Registration in My Jewelry Box, a warranty assessment, repair, or service by Tirisi does not constitute a certificate of authenticity, valuation, appraisal, or proof of legal ownership.
A technical assessment under this commercial warranty does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or the customer’s right to pursue a remedy against the seller under applicable law.
Customers who have registered their product in My Jewelry Box may contact the Tirisi Concierge Service directly for warranty assistance, repairs, maintenance, and service inquiries.
The Tirisi Concierge Service can be contacted at:
info@tirisi.com
When contacting the Tirisi Concierge Service, please include:
Tirisi may ask the customer to send the product for inspection before a warranty decision can be made.
The customer should not send a product until Tirisi or the authorized retailer has provided shipping and packaging instructions.
For customers in the United States, this warranty is a limited warranty.
This limited warranty gives customers specific legal rights. Customers may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to twenty-four (24) months from the original date of purchase.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to every customer.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tirisi is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the product or this warranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to every customer.
No provision of this warranty requires a customer to use paid Tirisi-branded maintenance, parts, or services in order to preserve warranty coverage. Tirisi may deny a claim only to the extent that the claimed defect or damage was caused or worsened by an unsuitable part, service, repair, or intervention.
United States customers may obtain warranty service by registering the product in My Jewelry Box and contacting the Tirisi Concierge Service at info@tirisi.com.
The Tirisi International Limited Warranty may be used internationally, subject to these Warranty Conditions, local service availability, shipping availability, import and export restrictions, customs rules, sanctions laws, and applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
Tirisi may be unable to provide direct service in certain countries or regions because of shipping restrictions, customs restrictions, legal restrictions, safety risks, carrier limitations, sanctions, or other circumstances outside Tirisi’s reasonable control.
Where local mandatory consumer protection laws grant the customer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, those rights remain unaffected by these Warranty Conditions.
Where local law requires this warranty to be treated as a limited warranty, it must be understood as a limited commercial warranty provided in addition to any non-excludable statutory rights.
Unless Tirisi confirms otherwise, shipments arranged by Tirisi are sent with FedEx or another carrier selected by Tirisi.
Where Tirisi provides a shipping label, the customer must use the label and follow the shipping and packaging instructions provided by Tirisi.
Products sent to Tirisi must be packed securely to prevent damage during transport. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged before shipment.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the sender is responsible for the product until it has been received by Tirisi.
Tirisi recommends that any shipment not arranged directly by Tirisi be sent using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Tirisi is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage during transport where the shipment was not arranged by Tirisi or where the customer did not follow Tirisi’s shipping and packaging instructions.
Any shipping charge payable by the customer will be communicated before the shipment is arranged, where reasonably possible and where required by applicable law.
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, customs charges, clearance fees, brokerage fees, local taxes, carrier charges, or other charges imposed by customs authorities or carriers, unless Tirisi agrees otherwise in writing or mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
This may apply to products sent to Tirisi and products returned to the customer after inspection, service, repair, or replacement.
Tirisi is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, import or export controls, missing information, inaccurate documentation provided by the customer, or decisions by customs authorities.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping, customs, and contact information when requested by Tirisi.
If the issue is not covered by the Tirisi International Limited Warranty, Tirisi may, where possible, offer repair, replacement of parts, cleaning, polishing, resizing, restoration, replacement or reattachment of a gold cap, replacement of leather components, or another maintenance service for a fee.
Repairs outside warranty may be subject to charges. Prices start at:
For products made from 925 sterling silver with an 18k gold cap, and for products requiring specialist work involving leather, doublets, triplets, other assembled stones, or composite constructions, the repair price will be determined following technical assessment.
The final repair cost may vary depending on:
Tirisi or the authorized retailer will inform the customer of the estimated cost before carrying out any paid repair or service.
If the customer does not approve the estimated cost, Tirisi may return the product unrepaired. Shipping, inspection, customs, or handling charges may still apply where permitted by law and communicated to the customer.
The availability of a paid repair, replacement component, matching material, or restoration service is not guaranteed and may depend on the product’s age, construction, and the availability of suitable parts or materials.
Tirisi may refuse, suspend, or cancel a product registration in My Jewelry Box, or refuse warranty or concierge service, where Tirisi has reasonable grounds to believe that:
A third-party repair or alteration will not, by itself, justify refusing all warranty coverage. Coverage may be denied only to the extent described in Sections 7, 8, and 9.
Tirisi may request additional information or documentation before accepting a registration, updating ownership, or handling a warranty claim.
The Tirisi International Limited Warranty applies to the registered Tirisi product and may be available to a subsequent owner, provided that:
Tirisi may request additional verification before updating ownership or assisting a subsequent owner.
A Tirisi account itself may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used by another person.
My Jewelry Box is intended for private customers and personal product registration.
A customer must be at least 18 years old to create a Tirisi account and register a product. If a customer is under 18, registration must be completed with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Only one Tirisi account should be created per customer.
A Tirisi account, My Jewelry Box registration, warranty benefit, or concierge benefit may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Tirisi may refuse or cancel access to My Jewelry Box services in the event of misuse, fraud, suspicious activity, or a material breach of these Warranty Conditions.
To register a product in My Jewelry Box and provide warranty or concierge services, Tirisi may process personal data, product information, proof of purchase, photographs, shipping details, identity-verification information, and service information.
Tirisi processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
During registration, customers may be given the option to receive Tirisi news, product information, invitations, offers, or other commercial communications.
Consent to marketing communications is optional and is not required to register a product, activate the Tirisi International Limited Warranty, or contact the Tirisi Concierge Service.
Customers who consent to receiving marketing communications may withdraw their consent at any time.
Tirisi may update, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features of My Jewelry Box or the Tirisi Concierge Service from time to time.
Tirisi may also update these Warranty Conditions for future purchases, for example to reflect changes in products, materials, services, technology, business operations, or applicable law.
Any such changes will not affect statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where required by applicable law, changes will not reduce warranty rights already granted for an eligible product during its applicable warranty period. The version made available at or before the original purchase will apply unless a later version is more favorable to the customer or mandatory law requires otherwise.
The Tirisi International Limited Warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights the customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
For purchases made through www.tirisi.com, the customer’s statutory rights apply against TIRISI ONLINE B.V. as the seller.
For purchases made through an authorized Tirisi retailer, the customer’s statutory rights apply against the retailer as the seller.
The Tirisi International Limited Warranty remains available as an additional brand warranty once the product has been registered in My Jewelry Box, provided that the conditions above are met.
Nothing in these Warranty Conditions excludes, restricts, or suspends any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or suspended.
Tirisi makes these Warranty Conditions available on www.tirisi.com.
For online sales, Tirisi will make the Tirisi International Limited Warranty available before purchase by linking to the full Warranty Conditions near the product description, checkout, footer, or another clear warranty-information area.
Where applicable, Tirisi will also provide or make available a copy of the Warranty Conditions in a durable form that the customer can retain, such as paper, email, or a downloadable electronic document, no later than delivery where required by applicable law.
